So RATATAT’s previous video had a perrot doing it’s thing for the full duration of the song… this time around they got people smiling at the camera for the whole video… it’s still pretty weird, but I think that it make sens if you’re high as shit, which is also when you will probably enjoy RATATAT’s music the most, just saying.

Leaks of RATATAT upcoming album, LP4, are pretty hard to come by on the internet lately. It’s mainly due to the copyrights infringement campaign going around trying to take down any downloads of unauthorize songs off the blogosphere. Above&Beyond was not spared from that said campaign, but at least they came around with the official release of RATATAT single Party With Children. And while you can still not legally download a mp3 version of it, you can watch the video with no fear of a SWAT team breaking down your front door.

LP4 is set to drop on June 8th via XL Recordings.

Electronic duo, RATATAT is currently on the last strech towards the release of their upcoming album, LP4, and starting the hype marchine surrounding the album by unveiling some of it’s tracks for free for us to hear. Granted the album was leaked last week, so for those who did not hear it in it’s fullest I offer you, Drugs, Bare Feast and Alps, all of them staying in known territories while reaching out, a little bit, into different influences that they’ve been known to explore as of late. Oh and I just want to put it out there, while LP3 was definitely not of my favorite album of them, LP4 seems to be a strong follow-up to an ordinary that was LP3.

Here’s the spanking new video for KiD Cudi’s latest single, Pursuit of Happiness that was on his heavily successful debut album, Man On The Moon: End Of Day. The video features a small cameo of Drake and his oscillating hand gestures. I also cannot help, but notice a heavy ressemblance to Kanye’s x Spike Jonze collaboration short film, We Were Once A Fairytale.

The video was directed by Brody Baker, who is now known to have worked on Animal Collective’s single, My Girls, off their latest album Merriweather Post Pavillion and produced by Josh Hartnett, who he met while working on the upcoming HBO series, How To Make It In America.

CuDi’s album, Man On The Moon: The End of Day has been leaked over the course of the weekend and apart from one or two songs, I think the album is definitely amazing. You should cope it as soon as it comes out on September 15th, no question ask.

So while you wait for the release (or grab the leak), here’s the third single off the album. Following the footsteps of Day N’ Nite and Make Her Say, comes Pursuit of Happiness featuring the interesting combo of MGMT and RATATAT. Which will also be the only track I will be posting of his upcoming album, even though Heart of a Lion, CuDi’s Zone, Up Up & Away, and many more are on heavy rotation on my iPhone at the moment, actually, now that I think about it, the whole album is lol.

Alright, didn’t post anything for three days and it feels kind of weird and refreshing, since I got to backtrack through alot of music I missed on the go and had time to deal with some personal shit which is why I didn’t post anything for three days in the first place. Anyway, here’s Ratatat latest fucked up, but official video for their track Falcon Jab pulled from their LP3 album. Visually done by some bloke named E. Vax.

And the Falcon Jab is definitely the step brother of the Falcon Punch (video game reference!)
