Indie supergroup Monsters of Folk released their first official video for their lead single Say Please off their self-titled debut album, mixing vintage World War 2 uniforms and roller skates together.

Here’s two new songs of indie-folk supergroup Monsters Of Folk which is consisted of Conor Oberst and Mike Mogis of Bright Eyes, Jim James of My Morning Jacket and M. Ward of She & Him (and his solo career, as he’s more known for it than She & Him …). The songs are nothing too off the beaten path, but then again, why try to fix something that isn’t broken?

Monsters of Folk is the indie supergroup counterpart of what Slaughterhouse is right now to hip-hop. Composed of Conor Oberst and Mike Mogis of Bright Eyes, Jim James of My Morning Jacket and M. Ward who is more known for his solo career, but yeah, that’s the bloke who’s singing with Zooey Deschanel (She & Him). They released their first single Say Please, free to download, on their website on friday. Their self-titled debut album is set to release on September 22.
