First of all, before anyone says something about it, this is apparently not the final render of the song, but to be honest, I find the remix of All of The Lights to be lackluster [so far]. The line up might look ok on paper, but the result is the complete opposite. Actually Big Sean is actually ok, but Drake who had a decent verse on a leaked version of All of The Lights prior to the album release is not even going with that original verse and decided to switch things up for the worse for the half part of his verse; And let’s not even talk about autotuned Lil Wayne on the opening verse… Anyway, hear for yourself, but I am really hoping the final version ends up good.

Wiz Khalifa sure made a name for himself since he graced the cover of the XXL Freshman Class last year. This year cohort was recently unveiled and Wiz Khalifa decided to drop this song to commemorate the passing of his young collegues to the major league as he was one of them not even a year ago. The song features another XXL Freshman alumni, Big Sean, and was produced by Lex Luger.

Now that his forthcoming debut album, Finally Famous, finally has a release date set in stones, March 29th to be more precise, Big Sean can honestly say that his graduation is right around the corner and to demonstrate that he’s more than ready to make the jump onto the major leagues, here’s the first excerpt and lead single of it entitled My Last featuring Chris Brown on his autotune behaviour.

Off Travis Porter’s upcoming mixtape comes a track called Dem Girls featuring G.O.O.D. Music signee Big Sean. As expected the song is a banger and if everything goes as planned, the rest of the tape should be too. I thought the tape was supposed to drop later tonight, but it apparently made its way on the internet early this afternoon, so grab it below while it’s hot.

Here’s the collaboration that Big Sean provided to to DJ Whoo Kid’s latest mixtape, Let The Drumma Get Wicked Volume 1. The song was produced by The Monsters with the help of Travis Barker on the drum, but there is something fishy in the mastering of the song, seems like the vocals are not loud enough, like he is whispering through the song or something, I don’t know… just feels a bit out of place considering the heavy drums and all.

Remember this song? Yeah, this was like a week before Kanye started his G.O.O.D. Friday, or was it the first? I don’t remember, either way, I remember hearing this when I was in North Carolina during last summer and I remember it to be my jam and dancing to it in the living room of the house we were living in ahah. Anyway, it’s going to be released on Kanye’s upcoming album as an iTunes bonus track and it’s pretty much the same song, the only apparent difference is the addition of Big Sean to the mix.

Pusha T: crack rock rap that he’s known for, but he’s capable of a much more memorable verse. Kanye: constant quotables (“Take off that Givenchy, let’s get raunchy”). Cyhi: an obvious flow, metaphors are dumb as usual (“Like Jake Gyllenhaal, I’m in the hood with the bubble“). Big Sean: who mixed this song? His verse is loud as fuck, so we know who was taking the longest with theirs. J. Cole: I see you. Carry on, sir.
I understand that Ye’s trying to keep up a theme here, but if they could show a little restraint and just have it him and J. Cole, we’d have a definite winner here. Instead, it’s going to get two plays before it hits the trash bin for me – I could just be a troll right now though. Sorry ‘Ye! But as usual, thanks for the free music at least.

To further promote the release of his album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, he decided to throw up another Ustream session this time interacting with the people and answering a couple of questions on air. I tried to embed the live session while it was going, but somehow I kept having the excerpt of Runaway playing instead, which was the video that was put on while we waited for the live show to begin.
To be honest, it didn’t have the same vibe from the previous session, and I felt kinda bored of it pretty quickly especially due to the people asking dumb questions; which was sort of a let down especially after waiting one hour due to Kanye being late or something. You do get to see the album as a whole, the interchangable cover arts and other things… at some points he even brings out CyHi Da Prince, Big Sean & Pusha T to answer a couple of questions themselves etc..etc.. but yeah, it’s far from being as entertaining as his first session when he was still high from his newborn good guy fever.

Is Big Sean debut album, Finally Famous, still set to be released on November 22nd? I know I should be the one knowing this kind of stuff ahah, I don’t actually remember if the release date was moved since G.O.O.D. Music Day was not happening anymore and while his Wikipedia is stating a November 22nd release, the infos looks outdated… so I don’t know.
Anyway, informations about the album will probably surface on the internet sooner than later as the date is a couple of weeks away, until then, here’s the video of one of the song from his latest mixtape featuring Chiddy Bang and a brand new No I.D. produced song that I highly suspect to be a song from his upcoming album.

Alright, so I know a couple of you guys were aching to get your hands on a CDQ version of G.O.O.D. Music’s BET Cypher of this year edition that featured a couple of members of their roster including Common, Big Sean, CyHi The Prince, Pusha T and Kanye himself, because what aired on television had the crowd going all over it with cheers and what not. Well here’s the explicit version of it and without the annoying crowd, enjoy.
