When I get emails asking me to post a feature of an artist that I don’t know, I realize that if I like the music and actually going to post his material on my blog, I should start it off with an interview so everyone gets to know him at the same time as sent informations and bio does not feel like I know him any better. I’ll probably do that in the future, for Mr. St-John right here, I’ll just post up the infos that was sent to me since I didn’t think of this idea until writting up this entry… silly me.

Carlos St John is his real name.
And just like his name reflects him, so does his music.
He’s a rapper, yes, but that isn’t all- He’s a performer,
he’s a songwriter, he’s from Brooklyn,
he’s from Guyana.

He’s from a mother who was a hustler and a father who
chased tail. He’s a model and a thinker. He’s charming and
he’s brutal. Because of and above all this, he makes great
music and he puts on a show, on stage, off stage, wherever.
